Secure Active Locking Folding Bins

Foldable bins or secure active locking bins as some like to call them are made of polypropylene plastic to enable them to safely transport and store products for consumption.

Thanks to the use of this polymer in the manufacturing process, the folding bins are easy to clean, resistant to moisture, insecticides and fungi, and impervious to acids, grease, solvents and odours.

In this range, you will find two models with a different appearance but identical quality and function:

• Foldable bin with active locking system, logistic version: the foldable plastic bin, logistic version, differs from the presentation version by its industrial appearance, which reveals its structure and its smooth plastic. It has slightly perforated walls and bottom, which also allow it to transport foodstuffs.
• Foldable bin with active locking for retail and distribution: The display model is ideal for market stalls or the food section of a supermarket. Unlike the logistic version, this folding bin has been designed to look like a wooden crate. Unlike traditional wooden crates, this model can be stacked in staggered rows without the risk of wobbling or falling. Each folding bin is equipped with edges that allow them to be stacked on top of each other when full or empty.

Despite this difference in appearance, the folding bins with active locking are designed and engineered to allow you to transport and display your goods without risk. This is because the foldable bins have been designed to remain open thanks to the "Active Lock" system.  The active lock ensures that the walls of the bin are locked in the open position. To fold down the walls, you have to lift the handles on both sides of the bin. Once raised, the sides can be folded down very easily and quietly.

Environmentally friendly and completely recyclable, these folding bins with active locking security will allow you to pick up orders from your warehouse and put them in the shop immediately. When empty, the bins can be safely folded and stacked on top of each other to take up a minimum of space.
